Medical use and consultations
Users must create an account with their own credentials. All medical information, diagnoses and prescriptions included, is entered and approved exclusively by the treating physician, and SijiliCare carries no legal liability for it.
Intellectual property
All copyright and trademarks belong to SijiliCare. Copying, redistributing or republishing any content from the site without prior written permission is prohibited.
Privacy and data protection
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. The platform commits to protecting health data through encryption and secure storage, as set out in the privacy policy.
Licence to use
Users are granted a non-exclusive, restricted licence to use the service in line with these terms. Any unlawful use is prohibited.
Subscriptions
Subscription pricing depends on the number of practitioners and staff. Annual plans require explicit consent to automatic renewal and can be cancelled from account settings. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Limits of liability
The platform targets 99.9% availability. SijiliCare is not liable for data loss, medical decisions, deletions carried out by the user, or indirect damages.
Clinic and physician responsibilities
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for professional and ethical standards, and for protecting patient information and its staff credentials.

Governing law
